Contracts of insurance coverage offered by approved carriers that are approved by the Commissioner of Insurance shall be exempt from all state mandated benefits and from the premium tax required in Sections 27-15-103 and 27-15-109.Laws, 1992, ch. 578, § 6; reenacted without change, Laws, 1994, ch. 620, § 6, eff. 7/1/1994.
