A vehicle service contract shall not be issued, sold, or offered for sale in this state unless the provider of the vehicle service contract is a named insured under a reimbursement insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state.Laws, 1995, ch. 302, § 3, eff. 2/28/1995.
