If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter or the applicability of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.Laws, 1995, ch. 302, § 12, eff. 2/28/1995.
