Section 83-71-3 - Applicability of Sections 83-71-1 through 83-71-15 to health carriers and insurance professionals issuing or renewing health insurance policies or certificates of health insurance in Mississippi

Sections 83-71-1 through 83-71-15 apply to all health carriers and insurance professionals involved in issuing or renewing in this state a policy or certificate of health insurance. Laws, 2010, ch. 455, § 2, eff. 7/1/2010.
