Section 83-71-53 - Applicability of Sections 83-71-51 through 83-71-65 to life insurers and insurance professionals issuing or renewing life insurance policies or certificates of life insurance in Mississippi

Sections 83-71-51 through 83-71-65 apply to all life insurers and insurance professionals involved in issuing or renewing in this state a policy or certificate of life insurance. Laws, 2010, ch. 455, § 10, eff. 7/1/2010.
