Section 83-71-65 - Applicability of Sections 83-71-51 through 83-71-65 to certain policies or certificates of life insurance and certain applications for coverage under a policy or certificate of life insurance

Sections 83-71-51 through 83 71-65 apply to every policy or certificate that is issued, reissued, renewed or continued on or after July 1, 2010, and to every application that is submitted on or after July 1, 2010, for coverage under a policy or certificate. Laws, 2010, ch. 455, § 16, eff. 7/1/2010.
