Section 83-81-5 - Direct primary care agreement not an insurance product

A direct primary care agreement shall not be considered to be an insurance product nor shall the primary care provider be considered to be engaging in the business of insurance for the purpose of this Title 83, Mississippi Code of 1972.Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 369, § 3, eff. 7/1/2015.
