The commissioner may issue rules and regulations to implement and administer the provisions of this chapter, including, but not limited to, rules and regulations establishing (a) policy disclosures; (b) policy conditions; (c) sales practices for selling wellness programs, and (d) penalties for violations of any law or regulations regarding the sale of pet insurance.Added by Laws, 2023, ch. 330, SB 2228,§ 5, eff. 7/1/2023.
