Section 83-9-222 - Actions against association or members based upon joint or collective actions

Neither the participation in the association as member insurers, the establishment of rates, forms or procedures nor any other joint or collective action required by Sections 83-9-201 through 83-9-222 shall be the basis of any legal action, criminal or civil liability or penalty against the association or any member insurer.Laws, 1995, ch. 490, § 14; reenacted and amended, Laws, 1997, ch. 311, § 13, eff. 7/1/1997.
