The Comprehensive Health Insurance Risk Pool Association shall have the authority to develop and fund an online portal that shall be available to all Mississippians to assist consumers in selection of a health plan. This program shall have the capacity to aggregate information regarding providers, drug coverage and pricing that would allow consumers to make informed decisions in selecting a health plan.Added by Laws, 2024, ch. 537, HB 1647,§ 4, eff. 5/14/2024.
