Section 83-9-115 - Effect of partial invalidity of provisions

If any provision of Sections 83-9-101 through 83-9-115 or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder of Sections 83-9-101 through 83-9-115 and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.Laws, 1992, ch. 337 § 10, eff. 4/20/1992.
