Section 87-1-9 - Future contracts; definitions

For the purposes of the following sections of this chapter the term 'contract' shall be held to include sales, purchases, agreements of sale, agreements to sell and agreements to purchase, that the word 'person' wherever used in the following sections shall be construed to import the plural or singular, as the case demands, and shall include individuals, associations, partnerships and corporations.Codes, 1930, § 1827; 1942, § 25; Laws, 1928, ch. 304.
