Sections 87-3-101 through 87-3-113 shall be applied and construed to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of these sections among states enacting the Uniform Durable Power of Attorney Act.Laws, 1994, ch. 336, § 9, eff. 7/1/1994.
