Section 89-1-515 - Amendment of disclosure

Any disclosure made pursuant to Sections 89-1-501 through 89-1-523 may be amended in writing by the transferor, but the amendment shall be subject to the provisions of Section 89-1-503.Laws, 1993, ch. 407, § 8, eff. 7/1/1993.Amended by Laws, 2023, ch. 385, SB 2647,§ 5, eff. 3/14/2023.
