Section 89-1-523 - Noncompliance with disclosure requirements not to invalidate transfer

(1) No transfer subject to Sections 89-1-501 through 89-1-523 shall be invalidated solely because of the failure of any person to comply with any provision of Sections 89-1-501 through 89-1-523.(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, no real estate licensee shall be subject to discipline or other action of any kind by any licensing authority of the State of Mississippi pertaining to information required to be disclosed by Sections 89-1-501 through 89-1-523 or delivery of information required to be disclosed by Sections 89-1-501 through 89-1-523.Laws, 1993, ch. 407, § 12, eff. 7/1/1993.Amended by Laws, 2024, ch. 423, HB 1271,§ 4, eff. 4/23/2024.Amended by Laws, 2023, ch. 385, SB 2647,§ 7, eff. 3/14/2023.
