Section 89-1-329 - Expiration of relief

Except for the cases pending in court, the relief provided for in Sections 89-1-301 through 89-1-329 shall expire two (2) years from the date of any disaster declaration by the governor in which Sections 89-1-301 through 89-1-329 were specifically included as a relief measure for those counties covered by such disaster declaration.Laws, 1980, ch. 371, § 15, eff. 4/25/1980.
