Section 89-12-33 - Owner entitled to further income or increments

When property other than money is paid or delivered to the Treasurer under this chapter, the owner is entitled to receive from the Treasurer any dividends, interest or other increments realized or accruing on the property at or before liquidation or conversion into money.Laws, 1982, ch. 497, § 17; Laws, 1991, ch. 451, § 13, eff. 7/1/1991.
