Section 89-9-27 - Construction of deed, declaration, or plan for condominium project

Any deed, declaration, or plan for a condominium project shall be liberally construed to facilitate the operation of the project, and its provisions shall be presumed to be independent and severable.Codes, 1942, § 896-14; Laws, 1964, ch. 270, § 14.
