Section 9-1-38 - Certain judicial records exempt from public access requirements

Records in the possession of a public body, as defined by paragraph (a) of Section 25-61-3, which are developed among judges and among judges and their aides, shall be exempt from the provisions of the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983.Laws, 1983, ch. 424, § 10, eff. 7/1/1983.
