Section 9-13-7 - Appointment and qualifications certified to other counties

Copy of the writing by which the court reporter was appointed, and of the minutes relative to court reporter's oath shall, at the cost of the court reporter, be certified by the clerk of the court in which the entries thereof are made, to the clerk of the court in each of the several counties of the district for which the court reporter was appointed, to be entered on the minutes of the court in each county.Codes, 1892, § 4238; 1906, § 4788; Hemingway's 1917, § 3141; 1930, § 712; 1942, § 1627.
