Section 9-17-2 - Appointment of court administrator; management of special judges appointed in Section 9-7-26

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in consultation with the Administrative Office of Courts shall appoint a court administrator whose primary duty is to manage the caseload of the special judges appointed in Section 9-7-26. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in consultation with the Administrative Office of Courts, shall set the compensation for the court administrator authorized in this section.Added by Laws, 2023, ch. 546, HB 1020,§ 15, eff. 7/1/2023.
