A justice or judge retired by the supreme court or the seven-member tribunal shall be considered to have retired voluntarily. The supreme court's finding of disability shall satisfy any certification of disability required by applicable retirement and disability law.Laws, 1979, ch. 511, § 6, eff. 1/1/1980.
