All complaints filed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be absolutely privileged. The Commission on Judicial Performance, its members, executive director, commission counsel, master or fact finder, their assistants, staff and employees, and the members of any committee created under the authority of the Mississippi Code of Judicial Conduct shall be immune from civil suit for any conduct arising out of the performance of their official duties.Laws, 1981, ch. 483, § 2, eff. 4/15/1981.Amended by Laws, 2018, ch. 429, SB 2138,§ 1, eff. 4/11/2018.
