Section 9-21-5 - Administrative Director

The Administrative Director shall be appointed by and shall serve at the pleasure of the Supreme Court of Mississippi as the Director of the Administrative Office of Courts. The Administrative Director shall devote full time to the duties of the office to the exclusion of engagement in any other business or profession for profit.Laws, 1993, ch. 610, § 3; Laws, 1996, ch. 492, § 2, eff. 4/11/1996.
