Section 9-21-7 - Director authorized to hire assistants and employees

The Administrative Director, with the approval of the Supreme Court, is authorized to employ and set the compensation of such assistants and other employees as are necessary to enable him to perform his duties, subject to approval of the State Personnel Board.Laws, 1993, ch. 610, § 4, eff. 4/15/1993.
