Section 9-3-43 - Supreme Court decisions; designation of private publication as official reports

The Supreme Court may declare the published volumes of the decisions of the supreme court, as the same are published by any person, firm or corporation, to be official reports of the decisions of the Supreme Court.Codes, 1942, § 9029.5; Laws, 1966, ch. 381, § 1, eff. 7/1/1966.
