Section 9-3-7 - How cost of notices paid

The cost of publishing the notices by order of the judges shall be paid out of the appropriation for the judicial department, and the auditor shall issue a warrant therefor on the order of the supreme court allowing the account for making the publication.Codes, 1880, § 1401; 1892, § 4341; 1906, § 4905; Hemingway's 1917, § 3184; 1930, § 3360; 1942, § 1944.
