Section 9-3-63 - Limitation on rules

Rules prescribed by the Supreme Court shall preserve the right of trial by jury as at common law and as declared by Article 3, Section 31 of the Mississippi Constitution of 1890 and as declared by Amendment VII to the Constitution of the United States.Laws, 1975, ch. 501, § 16; Laws, 1996, ch. 384, § 2, eff. 7/1/1996.
