Section 9-4-15 - Time for holding elections for office of judge of Court of Appeals

General elections for the office of judge of the Court of Appeals shall be held at the same times as general elections for congressional offices.Laws, 1993, ch. 518, § 31, eff. 7/13/1993 (the date the United States Attorney General interposed no objection under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, to the enactment of this section); Laws, 1994, ch 564, § 99, eff. 9/6/1994 (the date the United States Attorney General interposed no objection under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to the amendment of this section).
