(1) The Thirteenth Chancery Court District is composed of the following counties: (a) Covington County;(b) Jefferson Davis County;(c) Lawrence County;(d) Simpson County; and(e) Smith County.(2) There shall be two (2) chancellors for the Thirteenth Chancery Court District.
