Section 9-7-143 - Hinds County Circuit Clerk to enter names or identifying numbers of all qualified electors when selecting jury for hearing, trial, cause of action before the four temporary special judges authorized in Section 9-7-26

The Hinds County Circuit Clerk shall enter the names or identifying numbers of all qualified electors in Hinds County when selecting a jury for any hearing, trial or cause of action that comes before any of the four (4) temporary special circuit judges authorized by Section 9-7-26 for the Seventh Circuit Court District.Added by Laws, 2023, ch. 546, HB 1020,§ 16, eff. 7/1/2023.
