Section 91-7-511 - Domiciliary foreign personal representative authorized to exercise powers of local personal representative as to Mississippi assets

A domiciliary foreign personal representative who has complied with Section 91-7-509 may exercise as to assets in this state all powers of a local personal representative, and may maintain actions and proceedings in this state subject to any conditions imposed upon nonresident parties generally.Added by Laws, 2020, ch. 406, SB 2851,§ 52, eff. 7/1/2020.
