Section 91-7-519 - Foreign personal representative subject to jurisdiction of Mississippi courts to the same extent as decedent was immediately prior to death

In addition to jurisdiction conferred by Section 91-7-515, a foreign personal representative is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state to the same extent that his decedent was subject to jurisdiction immediately before death.Added by Laws, 2020, ch. 406, SB 2851,§ 56, eff. 7/1/2020.
