Section 91-7-523 - Effect of a foreign adjudication

An adjudication rendered in any jurisdiction in favor of or against any foreign personal representative of the estate is as binding on the local personal representative as if he were a party to the adjudication.Added by Laws, 2020, ch. 406, SB 2851,§ 58, eff. 7/1/2020.
