If the terms of the trust require a trustee, trust advisor, or trust protector to follow the direction of a trust advisor or trust protector, and the trustee, trust advisor, or trust protector acts in accordance with the direction, then the trustee, trust advisor, or trust protector so directed shall be treated as an excluded fiduciary.Added by Laws, 2014, ch. 421, SB 2727, 53, eff. 7/1/2014.
