The adoptee may petition the chancery court to order the agency to disclose any identifying information that may not be disclosed under Sections 93-17-201 through 93-17-223. The court shall grant the petition for good cause shown.Laws, 1992, ch. 306, § 11, eff. 7/1/1992.
