Section 93-20-406 - Appointment of attorney

If the respondent in a proceeding for appointment of a conservator is not represented by an attorney, the court, in its discretion, may appoint an attorney to represent the respondent.Added by Laws, 2019, ch. 463, SB 2828,§ 1, eff. 1/1/2020.
