Section 93-25-308 - Duty of the Executive Director of the Department of Human Services

(a) If the Executive Director of the Department of Human Services determines that the support enforcement agency is neglecting or refusing to provide services to an individual, the executive director may order the agency to perform its duties under this chapter or may provide those services directly to the individual.(b) The Executive Director of the Department of Human Services may determine that a foreign country has established a reciprocal arrangement for child support with this state and take appropriate action for notification of the determination.Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 367, SB 2301, 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
