Section 93-31-7 - Attorney-in-fact not subject to child care facility licensing or foster care licensing statutes

When authority is delegated under Section 93-31-3 by a parent or guardian, the attorney-in-fact is not subject to the requirements of any other child care facility licensing statutes or foster care licensing statutes, and delivery of custody to the attorney-in-fact will not constitute an out-of-home child placement under Title 43, Mississippi Code of 1972.Added by Laws, 2016, ch. 501, SB 2493, 4, eff. 7/1/2016.
