Any corporation, incorporated company or incorporated association, or agent, officer or employee violating any of the provisions of section 97-13-15 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).Codes, Hemingway's 1917, § 862; 1930, § 887; 1942, § 2113; Laws, 1908, ch. 124; Laws, 1978, ch. 479, § 6, eff. 4/14/1978 (the United States Attorney General interposed no objection on 5/5/1978).
