Any person who shall knowingly make a false entry, unauthorized revision, removal, or alteration in the Statewide Elections Management System or poll book, shall, upon conviction thereof, be imprisoned in the State Penitentiary for a term not exceeding ten (10) years, and be liable to the action of the aggrieved party.Added by Laws, 2016, ch. 430, HB 866, 19, eff. 1/1/2017.
