Section 97-17-205 - Taking consigned motor fuels without consent of consignor and in violation of written consignment agreement

It shall be unlawful for any person to take, use, sell or dispose of consigned motor fuels, or the proceeds from the sale of consigned motor fuels, without the consent of the consignor and in violation of the written agreement required in Section 97-17-203.Added by Laws, 2019, ch. 428, HB 940,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2019.
