Section 97-19-11 - Credit cards; procuring issuance by false statements

Any person who makes or causes to be made either directly or indirectly any false statement in writing with intent that it be relied upon with respect to his identity or that of any other person, firm or corporation, for the purpose of procuring the issuance of a credit card is guilty of a misdemeanor.Codes, 1942, § 2148.7-03; Laws, 1968, ch. 345, § 3, eff. 10/7/1968.
