Section 97-19-15 - Credit cards; controlling card as security for debt

Any person, who, with intent to defraud the issuer, a person or organization providing money, goods, property, services or anything else of value, or any other person, obtains control of a credit card as security for debt is guilty of a misdemeanor.Codes, 1942, § 2148.7-05; Laws, 1968, ch. 345, § 5, eff. 10/7/1968.
