Every person who, with intent to defraud a purported cardholder, issuer, or a person or organization providing money, goods, property, services or anything else of value, falsely makes or alters or embosses a card purporting to be a credit card or other such credit device is guilty of credit card forgery.Codes, 1942, § 2148.7-06; Laws, 1968, ch 345, § 6, eff. 10/7/1968.
