Any person other than the cardholder or one authorized by him possessing two (2) or more incomplete credit cards, with the intent to complete them without the consent of the issuer or the cardholder, or a person possessing, with knowledge of their character, machinery, plates, or any other contrivance designed to reproduce instruments purporting to be credit cards of an issuer who has not in fact consented to the preparation of such credit cards, is guilty of a misdemeanor.Codes, 1942, § 2148.7-10; Laws, 1968, ch. 345, § 10, eff. 10/7/1968.
