Section 97-23-35 - Newspapers and periodicals to print names of their editors

Newspapers and periodicals published in this state, for regular distribution through the mails or otherwise, shall print at the top of the editorial page of said publication the full name of its chief editor, the assistant editor, if any, or the person or persons directly responsible for the editorial utterances of said publication.
