Any person violating any of the provisions of any one of Sections 97-23-55 through 97-23-59 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars or be imprisoned for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both such fine and imprisonment.Codes, 1930, § 1143; 1942, § 2380; Laws, 1926, ch. 166.
