(1) The commission shall annually prepare and submit a comprehensive report on the scope and nature of charitable bingo game activities in this state and impact of the commission on such activities. The report shall be submitted to the Lieutenant Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Chairmen of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee and the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee.(2) The commission shall furnish a copy of its rules and regulations, including any amendments thereto as they are adopted, pursuant to the Charitable Bingo Law, to the Chairman and Counsel of the House Ways and Means Committee and the Chairman and Counsel of the Senate Finance Committee.
