Section 97-33-105 - Commission personnel not to have interest in organization conducting bingo or manufacturing or distributing supplies or equipment

Neither the director nor any employee of the commission shall be an officer, director or manager of any organization licensed by the state to conduct charitable bingo games or have a direct or indirect financial interest in any entity manufacturing or distributing supplies or equipment used in such games.Laws, 1992, ch. 581, § 20, eff. 10/1/1992.
